Gaps, contradictions and stale decisions — found early, with the evidence

Find what your organization
doesn’t know — it doesn’t know.

Podcuts reads your docs, meetings, calls and recordings and flags the question nobody answered, the two pages that contradict each other and the decision the wiki never caught up to — with the evidence. Ask anything and get one cited answer drawn from every source.

How it works

What actually happens when you use Podcuts

Follow one piece of content — a 45-minute product keynote — from the moment it lands to answers and a report you can hand to anyone.

  1. 1You

Bring in what your team already produces

Connect Confluence, Notion, Zoom, Google Meet or Teams, upload a recording, or paste a YouTube link. Documents are read as they are; recordings are transcribed in the background — or import your SRT, VTT or JSON transcript and skip the wait.

Reads all of it and writes down what mattered

Docs, meetings and recordings alike. It pulls out the decisions, numbers, commitments and action items — who said what, and exactly where — and maps them onto one ontology of people, teams, topics and claims, so a name in a doc and a voice in a meeting become the same thing.

What did we decide about enterprise pricing?

Enterprise moved to flat-rate pricing at $199/mo (quarterly $499). Per-seat pricing was dropped. Sara owns the pricing-page update.

That's Podcuts: your docs, meetings and recordings go in, and answers, findings and reports come out — hidden knowledge revealed, every piece of it traceable to the exact source.

Capabilities

What Podcuts does with your knowledge

Five things that happen to every document, meeting, call and recording — starting with the ones nobody else will tell you about.

Findings

What nobody else will tell you

The question nobody answered, the two sources that contradict each other, the decision your wiki never caught up to — flagged with the evidence side by side and a suggested next step.

Ask your knowledge

Cited answers, not search results

Ask in plain language. Every answer quotes its sources and links back to the exact page of a doc — or the exact second of a recording.

Search

Find any moment

Search by topic, author, speaker, or what was said across docs, meetings and recordings — and jump straight to it.

Who’s who

Knows who’s who and what’s what

People, teams, topics, decisions, commitments and action items are pulled out of every page and every minute and kept in one place — automatically. No manual cataloguing.

Connections

Reveals the knowledge hiding between your sources

A pricing objection in a sales call, a decision in a leadership sync, and a paragraph in the onboarding guide are linked automatically — so a question in one team surfaces the answer another team already has, and conflicting claims show up side by side.

One engine. Every team.

Built for any organization that produces knowledge

Same knowledge layer. Different superpowers for every team.

Enterprise

One intelligence layer over everything

Meetings, all-hands, wikis, and calls in one place — with the gaps, contradictions and stale decisions between them surfaced before someone acts on the wrong one.

Every meeting is recorded and every decision is written up — nobody goes back to either
Decisions vanish between the meeting, the doc, and the follow-up call
Leadership messages reach 30 people but are meant for 200
Teams discuss the same topics in silos — in calls, meetings, and wiki pages nobody connects
Institutional knowledge leaves when people leave

Training & L&D

Connected training intelligence

Turn siloed training into a connected, compounding learning network.

Hours of expertise locked inside sessions and slide decks no one revisits
Finding the valuable teaching moments takes longer than watching the whole session
Every region trains the same skills independently — nobody shares what works
L&D can't answer basic questions without weeks of manual review

Everything you need to know before your first upload

Podcuts.ai turns everything your organization produces into one knowledge base. It reads your Confluence and Notion pages, transcribes your meetings and recordings, maps people, teams, topics, decisions and claims onto one ontology, and cross-references all of it. The result is one searchable knowledge base that reveals knowledge hidden across sources where you can find any moment or paragraph in seconds, discover connections across teams, and detect gaps and contradictions.

A wiki files content. An LMS stores it. A video host streams it. Podcuts.ai understands what's inside all of them — it tags skills and claims, detects gaps and contradictions, and maps connections across your whole library, whatever format it's in. Other tools help you organize files; we turn them into answers.

Written content from Confluence and Notion, and video — meetings, training sessions, webinars, sales calls, lectures, product demos, all-hands. Connect a workspace, upload an MP4, paste a YouTube URL, or connect Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Loom, Vimeo, Confluence, or Notion. Transcription runs automatically — or import your own SRT, VTT, ASS or JSON transcript for a video and skip it. Answers and findings are a click away.

Yes. Podcuts.ai maps knowledge across your entire organization. It links the same topics across teams' calls, meetings and pages, flags when two teams' sources disagree, and surfaces the questions that keep coming up without an answer anywhere. The knowledge layer works across departments, campuses, and regions.

Yes. From Intelligence (or any project) generate a full report: key decisions, numbers and commitments with their quotes, a map of how the sources connect, every finding with its evidence and suggested action. It downloads as a single self-contained file you can email, or save as a PDF from the browser.

Your content is transferred over TLS and stored in private cloud storage under your account only. It is never used to train models, you keep full ownership of everything generated from it, and you can remove any item at any time. Two things we do not offer yet, so you can plan around them: SSO/SAML and a SOC 2 report are not available, and answers drawn from a connected wiki do not yet inherit that wiki's page-level permissions — everyone in your Podcuts account sees what the connected account can see. Talk to us before an org-wide rollout.
